We were able to get help on the same day as our first phone call. Friendly and professional, Michael was easy to talk to and prompt for his appt time.

Didn’t have an emergency situation however with the weather turning bad in a few days my heat pump decided to give us some problems. Contacted through Facebook messenger and someone responded within a few minutes and since it wasn’t an emergency they asked I contact store in the morning. I did and Zach was at the house by 11:30 that day and located issue and tested other components to ensure there were no other issues. This time we were fortunate and it’s a simple and inexpensive fix that he repaired within a few hours. I would call this a success with dependable, responsive, quick and fair pricing. I would def contact them again if any other issues happen in the future.

So there I was…. Sitting at home on a Friday night when the temperature was getting colder than my ex-wife’s heart. I got on my phone, adjusted my thermostat and warmed up my shanty of a house. I was able to keep me and mine toasty thanks to the Zack’s at reliable. With their monthly maintainer plan and preferred customer que because of it, I know I am in good hands all winter long. They even gave me a hoodie!

They were great. Our unit was as old as the home. They were very helpful in sticking to our budget and the best fit for our home and family. We ran into a few hiccups being an older home but they came out and fix the problems right away. I highly recommend them to anyone who ask.

Reliable Heating and Air lives up to its name. Within 2 hours of calling they were at our house, and the next day our new furnace was installed. All the snow and ice didn’t affect their service one bit. Pricing was very fair. Definitely recommend!
