So there I was…. Sitting at home on a Friday night when the temperature was getting colder than my ex-wife’s heart. I got on my phone, adjusted my thermostat and warmed up my shanty of a house. I was able to keep me and mine toasty thanks to the Zack’s at reliable. With their monthly maintainer plan and preferred customer que because of it, I know I am in good hands all winter long. They even gave me a hoodie!

I can not say enough good about this company! Of course my air stops working when it becomes hot and muggy outside. I made a phone call and Reliable came right out! My air was running and cooling our home back down within an hour! I am so grateful for this company!

My furnace wasn't working! Boo! Luckily, Reliable Heating and Air came out to my house and quickly assessed the situation and fixed the problem. Very knowledgeable and friendly! I called Air Extreme first because if you google Furnace Repair they are listed first. Anyhow, sadly, they were supposed to show up at 11 am and no one showed up or called to say they weren't coming.😞 So Reliable Heating and Air saved the day! Thank you!

Reliable Heating and Air lives up to its name. Within 2 hours of calling they were at our house, and the next day our new furnace was installed. All the snow and ice didn’t affect their service one bit. Pricing was very fair. Definitely recommend!

My A/C went out Friday night, with the heatwave last week it gave up. Called Reliable on Monday they were here in a few hours, and with a reasonable estimate. It is now Wednesday and the new unit is installed and cooling my house. My family and I are very happy!

Didn’t have an emergency situation however with the weather turning bad in a few days my heat pump decided to give us some problems. Contacted through Facebook messenger and someone responded within a few minutes and since it wasn’t an emergency they asked I contact store in the morning. I did and Zach was at the house by 11:30 that day and located issue and tested other components to ensure there were no other issues. This time we were fortunate and it’s a simple and inexpensive fix that he repaired within a few hours. I would call this a success with dependable, responsive, quick and fair pricing. I would def contact them again if any other issues happen in the future.

Had them out to check out the system and explain its operation ,the tech that was here took the time to go over every thing
